Dr. Peter Simon Jarin was a man born to race. He is a triathlete doctor who was always in pursuit of self development. He currently practices in two different hospitals in Metro Manila namely: The Medical City, where he is the director of the Ear, Nose, Throat – Head and Neck Institute, and Quirino Memorial Medical Center. He also provides services in Cainta Municipal Hospital, a government hospital located in Rizal.
He graduated from Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. He went to the Philippine General Hospital for his internship and residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. After which, he then completed his Rhinology fellowship under Professor Yang Gi Min at the Seoul National University Hospital in South Korea.
At present, Doc Peter’s areas of interest are diseases of the nose and paranasal sinus. His expertise in endoscopic sinus surgery and endoscopic skull base surgeries has benefited patients who encounter challenges in health, finances and environment. For that reason, he undertook the commitment to be involved in charitable programs, to provide the highest level of care and to ensure delivery of better outcome in terms of treatment, survival and quality of life.
