Dr Kat Barlin is Scelto Medico’s warmhearted and friendly Pediatric ENT. She graduated from the St. Luke’s Medical Center College of Medicine and completed her residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at The Medical City. She went to KK Women and Children’s Hospital in Singapore for further training in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
