Dr. Daniel Alonzo has been a dedicated ENT – Head & Neck Surgeon since 1993. He pioneered the
establishment of the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat – Head and Neck Surgery of The Medical City
and ran it successfully for many years. Dr. Alonzo was also the first ENT specialist to lead a cancer center
in the Philippines.
He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and completed his
residency training in the same institution. He further enriched his knowledge and medical training at
Osaka University Medical School in Japan for his fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr Alonzo is not only an excellent doctor, but also the driving force behind Scelto Medico. His vision is the
